I am the owner of Sacred Awaken (formerly Heavenly Vibrations), and I am a devoted spiritual teacher, psychic therapist, wellness coach, grief counselor, and sound therapist on a lifelong mission of healing and empowerment.

My passions and dedication revolve around facilitating connections with the spirit realm through the practices of psychic mediumship and channeling as well as serving as a conduit for the universal life force energy in order to help others heal.

I am also deeply committed to assisting others in awakening and nurturing their innate psychic and spiritual abilities and healing past traumas.

Purpose

With over 30 years of professional experience, I've embraced my roles as a psychic medium, spiritual and psychic teacher, energy healer, and a catalyst for fellow lightworkers' awakening journeys.

Empowering and educating others for holistic mind-body-spirit healing is not just my profession; it's my calling and central to my life's purpose.

Abilities

I can connect with a variety of spirits including departed loved ones, angels, guides, the Akashic Records, and the energy fields of people and animals.

One of my unique abilities is to perceive, mend, and harmonize energy fields, regardless of physical location, for both people and animals.

I've also successfully assisted many individuals in clearing earthbound spirit and entity attachments for the purpose of nurturing their spiritual well-being, physical and mental health.

Education & Experience

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology (1990), Associate's Degree in Nursing (1994), and a Master's Degree in Nursing (2001), with specialized training in sound/vibrational healing, Reiki, energy medicine, mediumship, and spirit and entity removals.

As a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and seasoned Psychic Medium, I've taught in diverse educational settings, including home infusion, nursing school, adult and pediatric advanced life support, CPR, Reiki, and psychic development.

I also have a diverse medical background, including emergency nursing, pediatric and neonatal intensive care, flight nursing, and infusion therapy.
